It is time that IBM has released several models such as promised. The first model launched the new processor with eight cores (and each core has many 8MB of L3 cache) is called the Power 750 Express with a starting price of 34 thousand dollars, while the top Power 780 has up to 8 processors 3.8 GHz or 4.1 GHz (the latter with “only” four cores per processor) supports up to 2TB of RAM and up to 24 units of type SSD storage – all at a price not announced yet, probably because excessive number of zeros in the tail.
